Suzi Finch joined Hodges with an extensive and varied background in customer service. Her real estate career path includes time spent in Property Management. Prior to that she worked in the travel industry (international hotel marketing), and she was a flying school manager before the real estate bug bit her.Why did Suzi choose a career in real estate? She explains: “Every day is different in Real Estate. I meet new people every day. I learn something new everyday. And it puts a smile on my face...everyday!” What clients find when they consult Suzi is that she listens. She is attuned to clients’ needs and wants. She never makes assumptions, and she always give the best advice possible. She is prepared to devote her time to her clients.Suzi delights in assisting people find their new home, and in making the process as easy as possible. Energetic and enthusiastic, hardworking and determined are qualities that described Jason as a young apprentice jockey under the legendary Colin Hayes OBE.

The same qualities are still very much evident in Jason today in his vital role as a Director of Hodges Mentone. His highly successful riding career took him to California, Dubai and to his native England before returning to more success in Australia in the 1990’s with over 100 winning rides to his credit.

During this period, Jason developed a keen interest in property investment and development, a pursuit that he enjoys to this day. Jason’s career in Real Estate upon retiring from the track was a natural progression given his passion for both people and property.
